Our pastry shop and café, where you can relax and view Eric Perez, creating pastries, bread and chocolates. Eric was for many years a pastry chef and chocolatier to the French embassy and the Ritz in Washington D.C. He is a skilled and refined craftsman in the great traditions of European baking. The freshest chocolates and pastries are handmade daily using quality ingredients.
